Marco Zanetti wins LG U + Cup In Seoul and 60,000 euros prize money

No other three cushion tournament attracts with almost the same high prize money. This year's LG U + Cup in Seoul (South Korea) is by far the most lucrative invitational tournament in the world with 180,000 euros. And as it is so often the case with major events, the Italian wolf Marco Zanetti also played this time with inimitable passion and enormous willpower at the highest level.

In the quarterfinal Zanetti defeated the Dutch Jaspers in a world class match at eye level. The semifinal against Caudron (Belgium) was a demonstration of power by the Italian Superstar with 40:19 points in 12 innings and a high run of 18 points. In the grand final Zanetti outplayed his opponent, the Korean local hero Hong, and won the final safely once again with 40:19.
