The communication channel of MWS on Telegram (https://t.me/mywebsport) allows the timely information of the channel subscribers about news at MWS. We (MWS) provide regular information on our channel about our current live streaming program, our latest tournament results and news, as well as our current support information and event notices.

Our channel is open to the public and can be subscribed to for free. Subscribers can leave the channel at any time.

The flow of communication on our channel is one-way from us (sender) to the subscribers (recipients). Subscribers cannot send messages to other subscribers, nor can they receive messages from other subscribers.

Subscribers to our channel are anonymous to each other: they cannot see the phone numbers and user account information of other subscribers to our channel.

We do not share the telephone numbers and user account information of our subscribers with third parties. We do not save this data and we use it exclusively for the information service on our Telegram channel.

FAQ user account general

What do you as a player need to be able to use the system?

  • A MWS user account that you can register for free in the control panel.
  • A system authorization to play that you get from your location administrator. Please contact your admin for this.

How much does it cost you as a player to use the system and to whom do you pay?

  • Conditions / pricing are the responsibility of the MWS location where you play and where payment is made.

Where can you view and change the master data (email address ...) of your MWS user account, or delete your MWS user account?

Where can you change the password of your MWS user account?


FAQ user account payments

Entry fees, prize money, coaches bookings and the like are billed via your MWS user account. Where can you see your account balance and make deposits or have existing credit paid out?

  • In the control panel, deposit by credit card is also possible there (VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club, JCB).
  • Alternatively, you can make a deposit by bank transfer:

    • Reference: Please be sure to enter your MWS username so that your deposit can be assigned to your MWS user account.
    • Minimum deposit: € 30
  • The billing on your MWS user account is done in MWS points: 1 euro = 10 MWS points. For every euro paid in, you will receive a credit of 10 MWS points in your MWS user account, for example you will receive a credit of 500 MWS points when you make a deposit of € 50.
  • You can also have your existing balance paid out, minus the proportionate credit card fees. Please use our payout form for this.

How can you start a remote game or remote training at the system terminal?

  • Navigation path: Select a player in the live list (on the right in the header) / send invitation.

How can you start a local game or local training at the system terminal?

  • Navigation path: New local game.

How can you record your moves with the ball tracking at the system terminal?

  • Navigation path: Open position (call up the saved position or take a new photo) / shift key (remote control) or start path analysis (terminal).
  • Automatically for games with auto scoring.

How can you pair multiple headsets for a conference call at the same location?

  • Navigation path: Place the second headset on the headset base / select the second headset as the secondary headset / remove the second headset from the headset base / press the answer button on the first headset.

How can you access shared content of other users at the system terminal (sharing)?

  • Navigation path: Game archive / add share or reference positions / add share.

How can you share your own content with other users at the system terminal (sharing)?

  • Navigation path: Game archive / select desired content / toggle share or reference positions / select desired content / toggle share.

Where can you find your private game and training archive at the system terminal?

  • Navigation path: Game archive.

Where can you find your private directories, folders and positions at the system terminal and where can you manage them?

FAQ system troubleshooting

What can you do if you can log in with your username / password in the control panel, but not at the system terminal?

  • In order to log on to the terminal, you need a system authorization to play, which you can get from your location administrator. Please contact your admin for this.
  • Restart the application if the system authorization to play has just been created.

What can you do if the Internet is down?

  • Restart router.
  • Restart system.

What can you do if the video or audio connection to a remote location is not working or is bad?

  • Video connection problem:
    • Video reconnection at the terminal (on the right in the header).
    • Check cables on TV and terminal.
    • Check source on TV.
    • Restart system.
  • Audio connection problem:
    • Video reconnection at the terminal (on the right in the header).
    • Check cables on headset base or TV and terminal.
    • Check source on TV.
    • Plug the headset into the headset base and check the connection / battery.
    • Check headset or TV volume.
    • Restart system.

What can you do if the laser or remote control stops working?

  • Switch remote control off and on.
  • Check the connection / battery at the terminal (on the right in the header).
  • Touchscreen remote control.
  • Restart system.

What can you do if the camera stops working or the ball positions / ball path lines cannot be determined?

  • Check the connection at the terminal (on the right in the header).
  • Check table illumination (curtains, disruptive lighting ...).
  • Restart system.
