Informazioni sul torneo in italiano
3C/5P Summer Cup 2026: 5 competitions in 1 tournament.
Total prize money: 100% of all tournament revenue.
Registration deadline: Sunday July 12, 2026.
Tournament duration: Friday July 17, to Sunday September 20, 2026.
Costs/Tournament revenue: Registration fee € 0. Each match € 3 per player involved (accounting after the tournament).
Tournament format: Choice of Three Cushion and/or Five Pins, singles, round robin. All matches completed in both disciplines count towards the same overall tournament ranking. For the overall tournament ranking, match points (win = 2 MP, draw = 1 MP, loss = 0 MP) are counted prior to the number of matches played, thereafter ex aequo. In each discipline, the same match pairing may play against each other a maximum of 5x. The match format and match distance may be freely chosen from the specified options (set system with short/long distance, classic system with short/long distance). Match dates can be chosen freely within the tournament period, there are no fixed dates. There is no obligation to play – each player may play as many matches as possible and as they wish. Players are responsible for arranging their own match dates and submitting their results.
High run bonus competitions: Immediately following each match (without warm-up/trial runs; alternating position by position in the match player order), both players complete a discipline-specific high run scoring round consisting of 5 predefined positions. To do this, the players switch from terminal match mode to terminal training mode, access the high run positions via the terminal and record each other's high run scores. The aim is to score as many points as possible – in Five Pins a maximum of 5× 16 pts can be scored, in Three Cushion ongoing runs are played to the end. Both players have 1 attempt per position. A separate overall high run ranking is compiled for each discipline, with the highest runs counting prior to the second-highest runs and so on, thereafter ex aequo.
High run terminal path: Reference positions >> add share "jimmy" >> open folder "Summer Cup 2026 – 3 Cushion High Run" resp. "Summer Cup 2026 – 5 Pins High Run". In all positions, white is the cue ball.
Discipline bonus rankings: A separate discipline bonus ranking is compiled for each discipline, taking into account all matches played in that discipline. For the discipline bonus rankings, match points (win = 2 MP, draw = 1 MP, loss = 0 MP) count prior to the number of matches played, thereafter ex aequo.
Prize money: 100% of match revenue (= tournament revenue) is distributed, of which 50% goes towards the overall tournament ranking. The remaining 50% goes into the discipline-specific prize money pools, distributed proportionally according to the number of matches completed in each discipline. Within the discipline-specific prize money pools, 75% goes towards the high run overall rankings and 25% towards the discipline bonus rankings (as the latter are already factored into the overall tournament ranking). In all 5 competitions, the top 3 will receive prizes, allocated as follows: 50% (1st place), 30% (2nd place) and 20% (3rd place).
All matches must be streamed live. 10% of the prize money goes to the winners' home locations or to the owners of the relevant MWS systems.
