The 100m² holiday apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and has two bedrooms with double beds and a pull-out couch in the living room. The apartment has its own entrance, two free parking spaces and a large terrace for relaxing. The entire living area is on one level, on the 1st floor of the house. The large living room has a tiled stove, which creates a unique feeling of well-being, especially in winter. The centre of Oetz and the Hochoetz ski area are a 5-minute drive away, and Sölden is about 30 minutes away. The Aqua Dome and Area 47 are also within easy reach.
