Playing international tournaments and protecting the environment do not have to be mutually exclusive. We combine both with our green technology. With us, the players take part in international tournaments from home using the MWS system. In this way we create ecological (CO₂ reduction), social (time savings) and economic (cost savings) sustainability compared to classic tournaments in which the players have to travel to a distant venue.

The Royal Pro Home Tour is an international tournament series that is played entirely via the MWS system. In the 16 tournaments in the series to date alone, the cessation of travelling to a distant venue has reduced CO₂ emissions by 15 tons, increased cost savings by € 48,000 and time savings by 1,000 hours.

The next two individual tournaments in the Royal Pro Home Tour series will take place next Saturday and Sunday. The three cushion competition is played on Saturday (April 24th), the five pins competition on Sunday (April 25th). Tournament and broadcast start on Saturday at 10:00am, on Sunday on 1:00pm.

This time 9 players at various MWS locations in 5 countries join in, among them five pins defending champion Luca Marzio Garavaglia and three cushion defending champion Andreas Efler. Italian top player Garavaglia is aiming for his sixth success en suite (!), Austrian grandmaster Efler for his fifth title this year. These are the participants:

  • Bengtsson, Kim (3C | Store Heddinge, Denmark)
  • Driessen, Ernest (5P | Turek, Poland)
  • Efler, Andreas (3C | Hinterbrühl, Austria)
  • Erdtner, Mario (3C | Innsbruck Location#2, Austria)
  • Garavaglia, Luca Marzio (5P | Desio, Italy)

  • Riml, Jimmy (3C+5P | Innsbruck Location#1, Austria)
  • Stamm, Lukas (3C | Berlin, Germany)

The prize money tournaments of the Home Tour series are played online over the MWS system at various MWS locations worldwide. All matches are streamed live and freely available to everyone on our website. Every two weeks, one three cushion and one five pins tournament take place. Access to these pro/am tournaments is open to all MWS users and not just for professionals. Every MWS user has the chance to participate and win prize money.
